1. Where can I find the Terms and Conditions?

Through the Virtuagym app, you can see which classes you’re booked for.
Go to the Virtuagym app > Click on Administration > Then click on Bookings.

In our app, you can see how many credits you have left.

The credits included in your membership are always added on the day of the week your membership started. Did your membership start on a Thursday? Then your training week runs from Thursday to Wednesday. So, if your membership allows you to train twice per week, you’ll need to schedule those sessions between Thursday and Wednesday.
All credits are valid for two weeks from the moment you receive them. This way, you can make up for a missed class the following week.
This is most likely due to one of the following situations:
  1. You assume your week runs from Monday to Sunday, while your membership actually started on a different day. For example: if your membership began on a Thursday, your training week runs from Thursday to Wednesday. You can only use your credits within those 7 days. If you don’t take this into account, it may seem like your credits don’t add up.
  2. If you book classes in advance, the system automatically reserves your next available credit for that future class. As a result, when you try to book a class in the current week, the system may tell you that you don’t have any credits left — because they’ve already been allocated to your advance booking. The solution is to cancel all advance bookings, so your validated credit is released back to your account and you can use it again.
No, credits are valid for two weeks only and can therefore only be used to make up missed classes within that two-week period. If you’re going on vacation for two months or longer, your membership can be put on hold.

Of course, we understand it’s frustrating when the class you want to join is already full. In that case, you can put yourself on the waiting list. When another member cancels, you’ll receive an email notifying you that a spot has opened up, along with a button to register.

 

We can’t guarantee that a spot will always become available, but in our experience, it often does.

You most likely canceled too late. You can cancel your session free of charge up to 6 hours before the start of the class.

In principle, the full term of the membership must be completed. If you’re moving, we’re happy to look for a solution with you. Please email us at info@studiolimitless and we’ll find a suitable option together.

Through the Virtuagym webshop, you can purchase single credits or a punch card with 14 credits. The punch card is flexible to use and valid for 21 weeks after purchase. You can find the webshop here.

Absolutely—you can, but we’ll need to activate this option manually. Please email info@studiolimitless.nl and we’ll take care of it for you.

Personal Trainingis a premium service, tailored to the needs and goals of each client. Since we offer packages of 6, 12, and 24 months and training frequency can vary from 1–4 times per week, there are too many options to list clearly on our website.

 

We work with fixed rates, which are listed in our rate book at the Studio and which we’re happy to show you on site. As a guideline, prices start at €40 for a 30-minute session and €72 for a 60-minute session. These are standard market rates.
