Geen enkele les is hetzelfde, mijn lichaam wordt sterker en hierdoor fitter. Er is altijd een trainer die de les begeleidt. Dat zorgt ervoor dat je de oefening juist uitvoert. Wat voor mij ook een grote plus is, is de sfeer op deze sportschool; er is verbinding met de andere sporters en met alle trainers. Doe een stap voorwaarts en meldt je aan voor een proefles. Limitless is een plek waar je je eigen fysieke grenzen ontdekt en oprekt. Op basis van jouw wensen en mogelijkheden. Het is altijd gericht op de volgende stap op jouw eigen pad. Dat kan zijn omdat je lekker strak in je vel wil zitten, sterker wilt worden of gewoon je kwaliteit van leven wilt verbeteren. De trainers zoals Jannie, Elsa, Arthur, Samuel en Mark zijn kundig en houden rekening met jouw (on)mogelijkheden. Zij dagen je uit, maar wel altijd ten opzichte van waar jij nu staat. Juist de persoonlijke aandacht, de focus op jouw volgende stap en hun kundigheid maken dit een fijne plek om te werken aan jezelf. Er is voor iedereen een les die past.
