Intensity Training

The Limitless Group Training for people who truly want to get fit.

A combination of weight training, bodyweight exercises, and high-intensity cardio ensures that not only could you catch a bus with a smile while sprinting. But if the bus breaks down, you’d be strong enough to push it uphill, and then carry the driver safely back down on your shoulders when you realize the bus never needed to go up in the first place! 😉

Power training

The Limitless Group Training for people who want to get strong(er) and build real strength.

Lifting above-average weights and creating healthy muscle tension results in a powerful physique. With improved posture, there’s no challenge in daily life you can’t overcome with sheer strength! 😉

Limitless aging

The Limitless Group Training for 65+ or for anyone who wants to train a bit more carefully, but definitely not end up worn out behind the geraniums!

A varied workout that improves functional strength, flexibility, endurance, coordination, and balance. At your own level, safely and responsibly, you can start at any age to become fitter than you’ve been in the last 30 years! Rest is rust, so come and experience it for yourself!

Outside training

The Limitless Group Training for people who want to get fit at every stage of life, outdoors.

We love variety, so we train at different locations in Diemen. Expect functional workouts that mainly use your own body weight. And every 8 to 10 weeks, we host an “Outside Special”.  A workout with a twist, something fun, or a unique theme.
